Once upon a time (okay, 2020), Giselle and Stephen of @theloverspassport were living the influencer dream—traveling, creating, and raking in six figures. But behind the scenes? Pure chaos. As their business grew and the desire for income diversification outside of brand deals grew, so did their workload—and the inevitable burnout that followed.
They found themselves juggling 20+ roles: editing, posting, pitching, negotiating, website maintenance, writing newsletters, blogs, editing YouTube videos, launching and selling products—the list went on and on. While their revenue grew, their to-do lists never seemed to end, and they found themselves working 15-hour days just to keep up. It became clear that scaling alone was unsustainable and leading to a very disproportionate work life balance to where they were thinking “what’s the point of working so hard if you don’t even have time to enjoy it?”
Assistynt was born out of firsthand experience in the fast-paced world of influencer business.
Dani was their first full time hire and the game-changer who proved that outsourcing wasn’t just helpful—it was essential. With the right support, they scaled from six figures to seven, doubled their audience to 1.1 million in just six months, and reclaimed their sanity.

hi, i'm dani!
Turns out getting fired was the best thing that ever happened to me. After an unexpected exit from the corporate world, I decided to turn my travel passion into my full-time gig with Dani The Explorer.
What started as a "well, now what?" moment turned into seven amazing years of building my travel platform, sharing authentic adventures, and growing communities across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and my blog. I even created coaching programs teaching others how to ditch their 9-to-5s and turn their social media presence into full-time careers.
Andddd plot twist. One day a fellow creator asked me to be their brand manager, and I discovered I loved being behind the scenes just as much as being in front of the camera. This sparked my journey into becoming a virtual assistant for creators, where I found my knack for helping others scale their content businesses.
The real game-changer came when I connected with Giselle and Stephen. I jumped in as their team integrator, essentially running all their company operations and getting a crash course in scaling creator businesses from the inside out.
Seeing firsthand how the right support can transform a creator's business (and sanity), we joined forces to launch Assistynt – not just another VA agency, but a specialized team dedicated to supporting content creators. Through Assistynt, creators can hire our expert VA team to handle everything from content management to business operations, giving them back the freedom to focus on what they do best – creating.
But you can call me G! A little bit about me…I’ve been working in the social media and influencer management scene for the last 7 years. Before my influencer career, I graduated at the top of my class at UCSB in Communication and Film & Media Studies, and landed my first career as a Marketing Director - spearheading social media management for a local beauty and skincare company in Southern California. From there, I launched my company’s influencer program, procuring and negotiating partnerships with high profile Youtubers and Skinfluencers on Instagram.
From there, my career in social media continued to take off with our creation of @theloverspassport - which we have now scaled to 1.1 million followers on Instagram, 425k on Tik Tok, 60k on Youtube, over 50k sessions a month on our blog, and a top content creation podcast on Spotify and Apple Music. When people ask me what I do, my answer essentially is: all things social media. I have 5 years of experience working as a freelance travel content creator, 2 years of working on the brand side of influencer negotiations, coaching creator students on their social media accounts on @thecreatorpassport, website design, product launches, SEO strategies, brand deals + partnerships, and much MUCH more. You name it, I’ve probably done it.
In 2025, my biggest goal is to help other influencers and content creators take their businesses to the next level without having the constant overwhelm and burnout I faced on my journey to 7 figures.

Hey, I’m Stephen Jiroch and I am a professional content creator, Star Wars nerd, and social media growth strategist. I’m the lead video editor and growth team leader behind The Lovers Passport, The Creator Passport, and Assistynt, where I’ve helped grow our platforms to over 1.7 million followers (and counting).
I specialize in crafting scroll-stopping videos, trend forecasting, and helping creators and brands scale faster on social media without burning out. With 5 years as a pro content creator and over a decade of running my own businesses, I’ve worked with 50+ tourism boards, built a 7-figure travel brand, and edited more videos than I can count.
Oh, and I’m also a gold medalist in Taekwondo sparring, so yeah, I know how to fight through algorithms too.
